Welcome to the web site of Northampton Inter faith Forum (NIFF). Our main
purpose is to promote understanding and co-operation between people of different
religious traditions. Our members hold many different beliefs. We do not promote
any, but we do respect all.
NIFF primarily covers Northampton Town and District, but also plays a role
in inter faith networking across the County of Northamptonshire.
Our site contains news and information about NIFF. We list our future public
meetings and events as well as other local events which may be of interest to
you.
The forum is made up of representatives from each of the seven major religions
found in Northampton - Baha'i, Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Islam, Jewish, Sikh.
These representatives meet to determine the business of the Northampton Inter
faith Forum. This includes a number of public meetings and events each year.
How to join in
To be kept up to date with what NIFF is doing, and of public events you can
attend, simply let the
secretary know your email address and request its addition to the NIFF email
network. It is helpful if you say to which faith you belong, if any.
